Dual Enrollment

The Dual Enrollment Program at Broward College (BC) is an accelerated program that allows eligible secondary students to take postsecondary coursework and simultaneously earn both high school and college credits, saving both time and money! Dual Enrollment students are exempt from the payment of application fees, tuition and laboratory fees.  College courses are offered at BC campuses and centers, including the Broward College Online campus.

Students interested in taking Dual Enrollment courses with Broward College for the Spring 2026 term must complete all required steps (including online application, testing, Recommendation Form, student and parents electronic signature) by Tuesday, October 7, 2025.

Please note that all students must use their BC email accounts to receive updates from Broward College and manage their student accounts.

Please make sure you READ all steps that must be taken to be able to participate in Dual Enrollment

Important Information:

  • Students begin earning college credits while in high school
  • Students who earn a D or F in a Dual Enrollment class will no longer be eligible to participate in the program. These grades will appear on the student's college transcript and may negatively impact admission to a state university.
  • It is essential that students carefully read and follow all steps required for participation.
  • This should be a STUDENT driven process.
