One of our very own office staff member is now engaged! Ms. Linett Ordonez is the soon to be Mrs.  Carlos Ballut. This past Sunday, September 21st, the soon to be groom proposed after four years and ten months and Ms. Ordonez is now set to hear the wedding bells on August 20th, 2016. Almost five years ago, Ms. Ordonez set out for a fun evening with friends where she would meet her soon to be husband.

“I told my friend to bring the cutest guy he knows and said I’ll bring the best guy I know. It worked out ironically because Carlos had just come back from the Air Force the week before where he served in Iraq, Qatar & Kuwait, “Ms. Ordonez shared.

After that night, Ballut persistently tried to win Ms. Ordonez heart by asking her out on a date every day for three months. She finally gave in and they made their way over to a Florida Panther’s game.

“It was an amazing night filled with great memories. We laughed until our stomachs hurt. I realized that night I could see a future with him,” she gushed.

On Sunday, September 20th, Ms. Ordonez walked into her house for what she thought was a graduation party for her graduation from Dade Medical College after studying to be a diagnostic medical sonographer. But when she walked in, she saw a runway that had a framed poster at the end and her fiancée on one knee asked her to be his future wife. Ms. Ordonez could not believe it and as she was wiping away her tears she managed to say yes.

The CHAT staff wishes nothing but best to Ms. Ordonez and hopes to see her extremely happy in her marriage!
