Mobile Printing Available at the Library

1 Mobile Printing at Library

Attention students, Mobile Printing is now available at The Southwest Regional Library! This is a new feature that is available only at the Regional libraries. This means that you can send something directly from your phone to a printer and have it printed in the library. It’s great for all those last minute papers you need to print! However, it does cost money. Black and white copies are 15 cents each, and color copies are $1.00. Just as the payment method has always been, when paying you must have funds on your library card.

When printing, it prompts you for an email address; however, this address doesn’t need to be valid, it is how the job is retrieved at the print station. A library card is then needed for payment.  Use the zip code 33331 to search for the printers.

Sophomore Gaby Mateo said, “I haven’t used the mobile printing yet, but I will give it a try soon, especially when I forget to print out my chemistry study guide! I think it is super cool that with the press of a button anyone can easily have something printed. It’s also great for the kids who have to stay after school and do their homework at the library.”

This new material is great for students to use for their needs. Simply load your library card with a few dollars, and you can print anything you need right here next to the school. Printing is available at most Regional libraries. The link below provides links to all the libraries allowing mobile printing.

Everyone is welcome to try this new, efficient mobile printing job at the library!
