Pembroke Pines Charter High School is a public charter college preparatory high school owned and operated by the City of Pembroke Pines, Florida. Currently, there are 1700 students in grades nine through twelve. The City of Pembroke Pines borrowed Thomas Jefferson’s concept of an Academic Village and transformed the campus into a cultural and intellectual hub, incorporating partnerships with the Broward County Library System, Broward College, Florida International University, and the City Department of Parks and Recreation. These partnerships afford our students a state-of-the-art library, dual-enrollment opportunities, a community theater auditorium, and outstanding athletic facilities.
Our Mission
The Pembroke Pines Charter Community will provide a challenging educational foundation to prepare students for college success and responsible citizenship.
